Mega Industries produces Flexible Waveguide Sweeps in a wide range of waveguide sizes. We typically cover the frequency range of 0.32 GHz to 12.40 GHz, but custom solutions are readily available. Our flexible sweeps are manufactured from various materials and various flange configurations. Mega provides full design services for factory formed sweeps that assure accuracy and electrical performance.
In addition to sweeps, we offer flexguide offsets, rectangular straight sections and flex twists.

Mega Industries flexible waveguide sweeps are typically manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy or copper. We provide flanges and gaskets in accordance with EIA and Military Specifications.
