Mega Industries provides high power, low frequency waveguide and waveguide components in sizes ranging from WR28 to WR2300. Larger sizes are offered through WR5900 upon special request. Mega offers a complete line of waveguide components such as miter bends, folded tees, transformers, couplers, gas barriers, tuners and more to complete your systems.
Flexible Waveguide Products
Mega Industries manufactures flexible waveguide products in sizes WR90 through WR2300. We recommend the use of flexible waveguide sections to account for system flange misalignments and for interfaces in which expansion and contraction in microwave feed must be absorbed.
Mega Industries manufactures coaxial transmission line and components in sizes from Type N through 14-inch diameter. In addition to transmission line, we manufacture coaxial components such as 45-degree and 90-degree miter bends, special angle bends, directional couplers, impedance matchers, phase shifters, filters and more to complete your systems.
Ultra-High Vacuum Products
Mega Industries produces an array of Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) compatible waveguide and coaxial components that are custom tailored to provide high electrical performance in the Ultra High Vacuum environment. Our manufacturing process uses vacuum brazing techniques, and all components are cleaned, assembled and tested in our clean room facility.
